Order Processing

We process orders faster than a boxer dodges punches – typically within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two shipping options to get your boxing gear to your training camp:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Available for orders over $50
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: Delivery times may vary for international shipments. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products like a cornerman stands behind their fighter. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Bar Face Headgear
  • Cheeks Protector Headguards
  • Boxing Groin Guards
  • Mouthguards (if included in your order)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps like following your trainer’s instructions:

Step 1: Contact Our Support Team

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]”. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) for return/exchange (name, size, color)
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • For exchanges: details of the new product you want
  • Your shipping address

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Once approved:

  • Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or RMA email
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
  • Ship to: Pro Boxing Shop Returns, 4771 Frederick Street, El Paso, US 79905

Shipping Costs

  • Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective product.
  • Exchanges: Customer pays return shipping; we cover shipping costs for the replacement item.

Tip: Use a trackable shipping service – we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receiving your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Refund Timeframe:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

For size or color exchanges:

  • Follow the return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange
  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item
  • Price differences will be adjusted (you pay more if the new item costs more; we refund the difference if it costs less)

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or wrong product:

  • Include photos of the issue/wrong item
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
