Venum Competitor Weighted Jump Rope – Engineered for strength training and total body conditioning by adding fast changing weights (150g and 250g) for a customised and gradual increase. The skipping rope can be used with or without the weights in the handle. To add weight to the rope, simply screw the desired weights into the handle. Featuring specific no-slip grips for increased comfort. Ball bearings in the handle create a smooth and fast motion whilst skipping. Comes complete with a 2 year warranty.
